My name is Jordan Gates, and I am the self-taught baker behind Cakes by Gates. My cakes are made with a cup of sifted creativity, a dash of art, and smothered in passion! What started out as a love for desserts, grew into an obsession to create delicious masterpieces. I love crafting unique, custom made desserts for my Tampa Bay customers. I’ve gone on to compete on Food Network as well as being published in wedding magazines and websites.  Let me know what you'd like to dream up for your next party or event to make it something special, one that everyone will remember.
